Cancellation Policy


Our cancellation policy is that upon registration, a $500.00 deposit will hold your camper’s spot and is non-refundable. The remainder of the balance due must be paid by or before one month prior to the start date of camper’s session. If your schedule changes or you change your mind about attending, there is no refund. You may purchase camp insurance via CampDocs to ensure your payment will be refunded for reasons such as serious illnesses or COVID related symptoms. Be sure to read their policies on refunds for their Standard or Deluxe package.
