Our cancellation policy is that upon registration, a $400.00 deposit will hold your camper’s spot and is non-refundable. The remainder of the balance due must be paid by or before one month prior to the start date of camper’s session. Unless the reason for cancellation is serious illness or Covid related symptoms or infection, the total amount of tuition is not refundable. If a camper does have a serious illness or Covid, then we will refund the remaining balance minus deposit with a doctor’s note verifying illness.
If your schedule changes or you change your mind about attending, there is no refund. You may purchase camp insurance via CampDocs to ensure your payment will be refunded for reasons other than serious illnesses. Be sure to read their policies on refunds for their Standard or Deluxe package.
